Senior Auditor

CFA Auditors Ltd (“CFA”) has been established in 2010 and since then the company itself has become one of the leading firms in Cyprus with its main of-fices in Larnaca. 

We are a fast-growing firm of chartered certified accountants offering a wide range of services covering all sectors of the financial services across the globe and across an array of industries, just one request away. 

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Auditor to join our team in Larnaca. 
 

Responsibilities of the job: 
• Audit of a portfolio of clients both local and overseas, 
• Preparation of financial statements of clients in line with IFRS, 
• Preparation of management accounts as required by clients, 
• Preparation of clients’ tax returns, 
• Ensure clients receive the best possible service, 
• Completion of jobs with minimal supervision to deadlines and within budgets, 
• Reporting to the Manager on daily tasks and client issues, 
• Mentor Associates by coaching and assisting them in the management of all 
aspects of their work, 
• Supervise multiple concurrent engagements and direct the preparation and 
completion of reports, accounts, and financial statements. 

 
Required Qualifications:
• University degree in accounting / finance or other related subjects 
• ACCA/ACA Qualification-will be considered as an advantage 
• At least 3 years practical auditing experience in a similar position 
• Fluency in English and Greek 
• Excellent computer skills 
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office 
• Caseware Audit International knowledge will be considered as an advantage

Transfer Pricing Specialist
Role
We are currently hiring a Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team and ensure compliance with international transfer pricing rules & practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the company's transfer pricing matters and partnering with multiple stakeholders to provide support on transfer pricing-related issues
  • Handling transfer pricing analysis and reporting
  • Managing and preparing transfer pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions in compliance with local regulations
  • Conducting regular internal reviews of transfer pricing policies in accordance with the latest tax regulation developments
  • Provide advice on transfer pricing implications for new business initiatives
  • Support transfer pricing audits, including responding to tax authorities on matters or queries relating to transfer pricing
  • Providing transfer pricing guidance and training to stakeholders and business units
  • Contributing to transfer pricing planning and tax optimization strategies
 
Qualifications required:      
  • University Degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or similar areas
  • ADIT qualification or pass module 3.03 of ADIT qualification will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in Greek and English written and oral is a must
  • At least 2 years of experience across direct tax, indirect tax, international tax, and transfer pricing
  • Advanced working knowledge of, and skill in, standard software applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organizational skills and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to take on more responsibilities

Accountant

We are seeking to recruit an experienced accountant in our Financial Reporting and Compliance Department. 

Responsibilities: 
• Preparation of bookkeeping/accounting records of both international and local clients, 
• Preparation of monthly payroll forms for submission to the Social Insurance 
• Preparation and Submission of VAT and VIES returns 
• Invoicing and collections 
• Preparation of payment instructions 
• Perform any other accounting related tasks as requested 
• Communication with clients. 


Qualifications
• High School Certificate 
• Minimum 2+ years relevant working experience 
• Bachelor degree level in Accounting/Finance will be considered an advantage 
• Holder of any relevant accounting qualification (LCCI, CAT etc...) will be considered as an advantage 
• Very good knowledge of the English and Greek language (i.e. IGCSE, GCE O’ Level, IELTS, etc) 
• Previous experience of E-soft or relevant accounting software will be considered as an advantage 
• Computer literate (i.e. MS Office, ECDL, etc) 
• Be able to perform under pressure 
• Commercial focus to understand clients’ issues 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Team oriented.
